Each MULTI_USER Admin can maintain their own default headquarters latitude and longitude. The Admin's map can use that saved location instead of a single hard-coded central-office coordinate.
Maintain the Admin's profession logo, name, profession, address, WhatsApp contact number and headquarters coordinates as that Admin's own profile details.
Search for up to 15 major landmarks within a default 2 km radius around a selected worker. The search prioritises important destinations and larger public facilities, such as hospitals and public buildings, where Google Places results allow.
Select a worker from the displayed list to focus on that worker's location and use the available map tools for location review and nearby landmark discovery.
Quickly distinguish recent location updates from older or unavailable updates: green for LIVE, slate for STALE and red for OFFLINE, according to the system's update-age rules.
View distance travelled during a tracking session and the last trip where supported. GPS accuracy and signal variation can affect calculated distances, especially when a device is stationary or GPS accuracy is poor.
Where enabled for the tracker, adjust the location-update interval and GPS timeout rather than relying only on fixed values. Available travel modes include WALKING, BIKE/CAR and TRAIN.
Review saved movement records with date and time information to understand a worker's reported route and activity over a selected period.
MULTI_USER Admins view the workers associated with their own account. Members have member-focused tracking and dashboard access, subject to their account permissions.
Adapt workforce groups, duty structures and tracking workflows to organisational requirements.
Map context is tailored to each MULTI_USER Admin instead of assuming that every customer works from the same headquarters.
The Admin's saved default latitude and longitude provide the headquarters reference for that account. Each customer can therefore use their own location rather than sharing a universal SofexIndia HQ point.
After selecting a worker, the Admin can request a nearby landmark search. The intended search area is up to 2 km, with up to 15 results and preference for major public destinations rather than an unfiltered list of small nearby places. Results depend on Google Places data and API availability.
Nearby hospitals, public buildings and other major destinations can help an Admin interpret a worker's reported location. Landmark search is an aid to situational awareness; it does not by itself verify that a worker visited a particular place.
