1. Nature of the Service

Attenza Realtime GPS-Verified is a technology-based location tracking and verification service. The GPS location, distance, route and other information displayed by the system are generated using the user's mobile device, GPS, internet/network services and other available technologies.

2. GPS Accuracy

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable and GPS-verified information, location accuracy and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. GPS signals may be affected by buildings, weather, device settings, satellite availability, network conditions, battery-saving modes, indoor locations and other technical factors.

Accordingly, the information provided by Attenza should not be treated as an absolutely precise or error-free representation of a person's location.

4. Attenza GPS Data and Google Maps Data

Attenza's GPS location data is obtained from the user's mobile device and, while tracking is active, may be transmitted to the Attenza server according to the selected tracker settings. This current GPS data is separate from the map or imagery displayed by Google Maps.

Google Maps does not update all map information, satellite imagery or Street View imagery at one fixed interval. Some map information may be updated progressively, while imagery may remain unchanged for months or years, depending on the location and availability of new imagery.

Important: An older-looking Google Maps or satellite image does not mean that the Attenza GPS location is old. The map provides the visual background, whereas the Attenza GPS coordinates represent the location information received from the mobile device. For example, map imagery may be years old while the Attenza GPS position may have been received only seconds earlier.

3. Lawful and Responsible Use

The user is responsible for ensuring that the application is used lawfully and with the knowledge and consent of the person being tracked, wherever such consent is required by applicable law. Attenza should not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law.

5. Service Availability

The service may occasionally become unavailable or may experience delays or interruptions due to device failure, GPS/network problems, internet connectivity, maintenance, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Attenza and its provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, claim or consequence arising solely from reliance on GPS/location information provided by the service. Users should independently verify information where it is important or consequential.

7. Acceptance

By using Attenza Realtime GPS-Verified, the user acknowledges and accepts the above limitations and agrees to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of Attenza Realtime GPS-Verified shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
