MINUTES OF THE MEETING – ITTEHAAD COMMUNITY (Season-13)

1. The meeting commenced with the introduction and warm welcome of the new member, Haji Md. Shamim Ansari.

2. The name "Ittehaad Community" was unanimously approved and adopted by all members present.

3. Member Md. Zahoor Ali gave a brief presentation of a mobile application developed by him and explained the free services being offered through it. An informational booklet was also distributed among the members.

4. The Season-13 Programme Schedule Leaflet was distributed to all members for their reference and participation.

5. Founder Member Janab Md. Zafarul Hassan (Date of Birth: 30 December 1933) was unable to attend the meeting due to health reasons. However, he conveyed his approval and support for the adoption of the name "Ittehaad Community."

6. In the event of the demise of a member, Ittehaad Community shall collectively take responsibility for extending support to the bereaved family and relatives, particularly by arranging food and other essential requirements until the completion of Janaza and related formalities. Any expenditure incurred for this purpose shall be shared voluntarily among willing members.

7. In the event of the demise of a member's family member, the Community shall extend all possible assistance and support to the concerned member as required.

8. All members reaffirmed their commitment to mutual cooperation, brotherhood, and support, especially during times of distress, hardship, or emergency.

9. The meeting concluded cordially with gratitude to all participants. It was also announced that the next meeting will be held at the residence of the Founder Member, Janab Md. Zafarul Hassan.

कार्रवाई-ए-इजलास (Minutes of Meeting) – इत्तेहाद कम्युनिटी (सीज़न-13)

1. इजलास का आग़ाज़ नए रुक्न हाजी मोहम्मद शमीम अंसारी साहब के तआरुफ़ और इस्तक़बाल से हुआ।

2. तमाम मौजूद अरकान की इत्तेफ़ाक़-ए-राय से कम्युनिटी का नाम "इत्तेहाद कम्युनिटी" मंज़ूर किया गया।

3. रुक्न मोहम्मद ज़हूर अली साहब ने अपने द्वारा तैयार किए गए मोबाइल ऐप का मुख़्तसर तआरुफ़ पेश किया तथा उसके ज़रिये दी जा रही मुफ़्त ख़िदमात की मालूमात दी। इस सिलसिले में एक बुकलेट भी तमाम अरकान में तक़सीम की गई।

4. सीज़न-13 के प्रोग्राम की तफ़्सीली समय-सारणी (Programme Schedule Leaflet) तमाम अरकान के दरमियान तक़सीम की गई।

5. बानी-ए-कम्युनिटी जनाब मोहम्मद ज़फ़रुल हसन साहब (पैदाइश: 30 दिसम्बर 1933) नासाज़ तबीयत की वजह से इजलास में शिरकत न कर सके। उन्होंने कम्युनिटी के नाम "इत्तेहाद कम्युनिटी" पर अपनी मुकम्मल रज़ामंदी और नेक ख़्वाहिशात का इज़हार किया।

6. किसी रुक्न के इंतिक़ाल की सूरत में इत्तेहाद कम्युनिटी मरहूम के अहल-ए-ख़ाना, रिश्तेदारों और ज़रूरतमंद अफ़राद की ख़िदमत और देखभाल की ज़िम्मेदारी निभाएगी, ख़ुसूसन जनाज़े की तकमील तक खाने-पीने और दूसरी ज़रूरी इंतिज़ामात में तआवुन करेगी। इस सिलसिले में होने वाले अख़राजात इच्छुक अरकान आपसी मशवरे से वहन करेंगे।

7. किसी रुक्न के अहल-ए-ख़ाना में इंतिक़ाल होने की सूरत में, कम्युनिटी मुतास्सिर रुक्न को हर मुमकिन मदद और तआवुन फ़राहम करेगी।

8. तमाम अरकान ने आपसी इत्तेहाद, भाईचारे, मोहब्बत और तआवुन की रूह को बरक़रार रखने तथा मुश्किलात, मसाइब और परेशानी के औक़ात में एक-दूसरे का साथ देने के अज़्म का इज़हार किया।

9. इजलास ख़ुशनुमा और पुर-ख़ुलूस माहौल में इख़्तिताम पज़ीर हुआ। साथ ही यह एलान किया गया कि अगला इजलास बानी-ए-कम्युनिटी जनाब मोहम्मद ज़फ़रुल हसन साहब की रिहाइशगाह पर मुनअक़िद होगा।
