MINUTES OF THE MEETING
• Out of the total 14 members of Ittehaad, 12 members were present in the meeting.
• At the outset, the minutes of the previous meeting were read before the members and were unanimously approved.
• Member Master Eqbal could not attend the meeting as he is undergoing treatment for a kidney ailment at Vellore and has subsequently shifted to Bengaluru to stay with his relatives during his recovery.
• Member Mr. Manzoor Ansari is keeping well; however, he could not attend the meeting as he has gone to his native village for some personal work.
• Detailed discussions were held regarding the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. Several members expressed difficulties in filling up the forms. It was unanimously decided that members would extend mutual assistance to one another in completing the forms correctly.
• The gracious presence of the founding member, Mr. Zafarul Hassan, at the age of 94 years, was a matter of great joy and inspiration for all present.
• As per the schedule, the next meeting will be held at the residence of Mr. Saghir Ahmad.
• The meeting concluded in a cordial, friendly, and harmonious atmosphere.

• काररवाई-ए-इजलास (बैठक की कार्यवाही)
• इत्तेहाद के कुल 14 अरकान (रुक्न) में से 12 अरकान इजलास में मौजूद रहे।
• इजलास के आग़ाज़ में पिछली बैठक की काररवाई पढ़कर सुनाई गई, जिसे तमाम अरकान ने बिल-इत्तेफ़ाक़ मंज़ूर किया।
• रुक्न मास्टर इक़बाल साहब किडनी के इलाज के सिलसिले में वेल्लोर में हैं और बाद में अपने अज़ीज़-ओ-अक़ारिब के पास बेंगलुरु मुन्तक़िल हो गए हैं। इसी वजह से वे इजलास में शरीक नहीं हो सके।
• रुक्न मंज़ूर अंसारी साहब ख़ैरियत से हैं, लेकिन कुछ ज़ाती मशग़ूलियात की वजह से अपने गाँव गए हुए हैं, इसलिए इजलास में हाज़िर नहीं हो सके।
• जारी स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (SIR) के बारे में तफ़्सील से गुफ़्तगू और मशविरा किया गया। कई अरकान को फ़ॉर्म भरने में दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यह तय पाया गया कि तमाम अरकान एक-दूसरे की बाहमी तआवुन (आपसी सहयोग) से मदद करेंगे, ताकि सभी लोग फ़ॉर्म सही तौर पर भर सकें।
• इत्तेहाद के बानी रुक्न जनाब ज़फ़रुल हसन साहब की 94 वर्ष की उम्र में इजलास में मौजूदगी तमाम अरकान के लिए मसर्रत, फ़ख्र और हौसला-अफ़ज़ाई का सबब बनी।
• तयशुदा कार्यक्रम के मुताबिक़ अगला इजलास रुक्न जनाब सगीर अहमद साहब की रिहाइशगाह पर मुनअक़िद होगा।
• इजलास का इख़्तिताम बेहद खुशगवार, दोस्ताना और भाईचारे के माहौल में हुआ।
